Claire Nickolds

Partner

Claire is expert in all aspects of family law including family businesses and trust assets. She also has extensive experience in children work including applications for residence and removal from the jurisdiction.

Claire has a City background qualifying at Stephenson Harwood in 2002 before transferring to the top ranked family law firm, Manches LLP. Claire’s clients include lawyers, bankers, accountants, directors and other professionals.

Claire is empathic, practical, gives clear and directive advice when needed and is an experienced and tenacious litigator.

Claire is a member of Resolution and is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer.
