Summer Balfour

Assistant

Summer is able to advise on a variety of matters including divorce, financial remedies and private law children arrangements. She has experience working with both domestic and international clients, including expats living abroad who have maintained close links to England and Wales.

Summer graduated from King’s College London in 2019 with an LLB in Politics, Philosophy & Law. Summer began working as a paralegal and later completed her training contract at a boutique family law firm specialising in international matters. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2023, having achieved a distinction in her Legal Practice Course whilst working full-time.

Summer is a member of Resolution, the organisation of family lawyers dedicated to resolving family matters in a constructive way.

Summer joined Jones Nickolds in April 2023.
