Mai-Ling Ho

Senior Associate

Mai-Ling advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, pre and post nuptial agreements and disputes involving children.

Mai-Ling started her career in the city training at an international shipping law firm before moving to Camilla Baldwin, a boutique firm in Mayfair, in 2009 to specialise in matrimonial law. There she advised a number of high profile and high net worth clients often with an international dimension. After taking a short career break to raise her young family, Mai-Ling joined our team in January 2018.

With the benefit of her commercial background, she is able to take a creative and pragmatic approach to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Mai-Ling is also a Resolution trained mediator and a supporter of exploring alternative dispute resolution with the hope of avoiding court. She is known for her patience and warm and compassionate approach to clients, recognising that each individual approaches the breakdown of a relationship differently and each case requires a tailored approach. She deals with a wide spectrum of family law related disputes in mediation, encompassing both the financial issues and children related matters which arise upon divorce/ separation.
