Gemma Irving

Partner

Gemma is a partner in the firm. She has a very strong practice, specialising in all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on financial provision on divorce and arrangements for children. Gemma is frequently instructed in complex and high net worth cases and often acts against “Magic Circle”, central London firms. She has also worked on a number of cases with an international element.

Gemma’s objective is to provide clear, easy to understand advice in a straightforward manner. She is solution-orientated and works with clients to achieve a negotiated settlement wherever possible. Clients praise her commitment to fighting their corner and achieving the best outcome possible for them.

Gemma is a Cambridge graduate who spent the first ten years of her career at leading family law firm, Withers, before moving to Jones Nickolds in September 2014. Gemma qualified in 2006.
