Sarah Linnett

Associate

Sarah advises on all aspects of private family law including divorce, financial matters and children matters, she has a particular interest in financial remedies following separation and works with clients to resolve cases in a constructive manner as swiftly and amicably as possible. Sarah joined Jones Nickolds in April 2023, having had a career in family law since 2006.  She graduated as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2015 and became a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2017.

Sarah is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to amicably resolving family matters where possible, as well as a committee member of Kent YRes.
