Laura Smail

Laura returned to Jones Nickolds as a Legal Director in 2023 having previously been a partner at the firm.

Laura qualified in 2005 and trained and worked at Cripps prior to joining Jones Nickolds in 2011. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law including financial arrangements and complex children work. She has handled a full range of cases, from modest to those of great complexity involving substantial assets.

Laura is trained collaborative lawyer. Her approach is pragmatic, focused and effective. She develops excellent relationships with her clients.
