Announcement

We are delighted to announce that Laura Smail has been promoted to Partner.   This appointment brings the number of Jones Nickolds partners to four.  The total number of fee earners in the practice is now nine.

Laura joined Jones Nickolds in October 2011. Prior to joining us Laura spent eight years at the leading southeast firm, Cripps.  She has specialised in family law since qualification in 2005.  Laura is an active member of Resolution and is the Press Officer for the Kent branch. She was a founder member and Chair of Kent Young Resolution.

Laura is a Resolution Accredited Specialist with particular expertise in private children work and financial provision on divorce.
